Dancing in September.
I leave Liverpool in four weeks. Here are some things to look forward to / I would like to accomplish in that time.
- Finish my dissertation and have it not be awful.
- Visit both cathedrals, including the top of the Anglican.
- Visit the museums I haven’t been to yet, including that new one.
- Go on a carnivore bender at Elif.
- Go dancing at the Krazyhouse just once even though I know it will be skanky and awful and we will be the oldest ones in there, but only because of all the stories people who have lived here far longer than me have told about how ridiculous and kind of amazing it is.
- Try to squeeze in one last daytrip to see a bit more of Britain. Ideas: York, Portmeirion, Stratford-upon-Avon.
- Meet some British Civil War re-enactors.
- Food & Drink Festival. Mojitos. Nirvana tribute night times. Kenny visiting. Sarah Rapp maybe visiting too. Final epic non-toga-related shindig. Generally spending as much time as possible with all the wonderful folks I’ve met here.
